Whataburger

I haven't had a bad experience here once. I've ate here for a couple of years.

Do not go at shift change. We did that today (2/16/2020). We waited for over 30 minutes for 1 sweet spicy chicken burger meal, 6 piece chicken tender meal, 1 lemon pie, and 2 additional large drinks.

I luv this place. The staff is always soo nice. It doesn’t feel like a fast food place. The burgers/food is delicious.

Food was good but I asked for grilled onions on 2 burgers and neither had them. I used the drive through. Check your order before you leave.

Great tasting food, but it takes awhile to get it.

Food was too salty. It always takes forever to get the food. This time it was nearly twenty minutes sitting in that drive through. The employees don't seem at all rushed or bothered by making you wait that long.

Staff make the experience very special. Lady in the white shirt got me some ice without being asked when the ice machine didn’t have any. The staff have happy expressions and gave great recommendations for my first time being there. I’ve worked fast food before and they look like they’re on top of things. The place was clean too, which is always appreciated.

The manager and employees were very rude because I walked up to the window because I do not have a vehicle

Would have been better had the manager in the sapulpa site had actually been respectful to his employees!

The food is great I would of given 5 stars but the didn't give me my coke I ordered

Great food but customer service could be better when placing order inside. Everyone seemed unhappy and the manager was yelling at crew in front of customers. No hospitality or professionalism.

I wish there were more stars perfect 10. I love the food not to mention the Dr Pepper shakes are the best and so are the bacon cheeseburgers

Great late night and nice management

First time visit. The best whataburger i have ever been in.The friendliest staff, everyone was cooking, serving, or cleaning. Food was made with precision. Tasted great. Very pleased.Hope it ls like that all the time.

If I could give negative stars I would buy they were Aweful they always get my order wrong and aweful service started talking bad about me before i was even able to leave and they snake machine is almost always out of order

Normally this is pretty good but I waited in line for 45 minutes to pick up a mobile order and when I got my food the fries are cold as ice and the taquito I got was thin as could be. Very disappointing

They are soooo good. Delicious, juicy burgers and they have never gotten my order wrong. Love it!!!

The only complaint I have is how long drive thru takes. I went at a, not so busy time & my order was not large but my wait time was almost 15 minutes.

I love Whataburger but they are super slow at getting orders done especially in the drive thru.

I love whataburger and it’s convenient for me because it’s right by my house but there customer service is terrible and it will take them 10-15 minutes to make even one order even if you’re the only one there. They have gotten my order wrong countless times and multiple times when I ask for sauce they say ok and then proceed to not put it in there. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

Great food made when you order, not sitting under a heat lamp. Mistakes in order but they cheerfully corrected it and apologized profusely.

Dispite other reviews, especially since this was our first visit to this particular establishments location; the service was spectacular. Everyone was friendly, got our order right the first time, it was well serviced, and filled our order quickly. The dining room was clean, it was busy, and we got in rather quickly and out.The bathrooms were clean, and my only drawback was 1 bathroom stall in the women's. Always women should have at least 2 and preferably 3.

The service here was unmatched! We were welcomed in with such genuine kindness and the ladies handled our orders with ease. I had two coupons which required some extra work, but the lady at the register happily explained to me the process she needed to complete so that I could get the full benefits. They even dang happy birthday to a frequent customer and gave him a free snack. Additionally, because of our equally kind responses, the ladies offered us a free coffee and drink with our orders! It was a wonderful experience. The conversational workers and their friendly demeanors truly left a lasting positive impression on us. Thank you Whataburger!!

This Whataburger is definitely worth going the extra mile. The hamburger was everything I hope for when I get home from a roadtrip. A big shout out to Debbie who's smile and kindness make this the perfect stop for lunch.

Was here Sunday Dec 1 our server was very professional and the dinning room was clean... But all 4 of orders were cold which is managements fault for over estimating the rush hour crowd and serving us his mistake should never have happened!

The cashier lady was very sweet and very helpful do believe her name was Cynthia h. And the m.o.d. was not talking nice to the employees the m.o.d. name was brandy it took us almost 30 mins to get our food . it was me and my husband and out 2 friends .. I have both of our tickets .. The mod really told the cashier lady that she needed to ring it up right .. The cashier lady read our order back to use amd it was right.. The mod witch was making the food was the one that made the order wrong .. The cashier lady was almost in tears and said she was ready to walk out.. Miss Cynthia was very sweet to use and offered use a got apple pie I tild her no cause it was not her falt. Very unhappy with the m.o.d. ...

Great taste with more than satisfying portions. Each burger is a fresh, double pattie fast food favorite. A busy place with polite and courtious employees. This is especially true for the drive thru window. So be prepared for a small but polite wait during meal times. You'll be glad you did.

Whataburger is usually really good but we ordered tonight & ordered some chicken bites they were overcooked & about the size of quarters like I stated the food is usually good but tonight they're off their game

Let me start off by saying I love Whataburger, but this one in sapulpa has to be the worse. We are a family of three and Everytime we order they either forget something, or mess up a order. I've stopped going as much as I use to.

Mushroom buger and swiss the cupons came in the mail it was a great time to enjoy meals with a few friends

Food was cold and there was arguing in the cooking area, my hamburger looked nothing like the picture. Hopefully not the norm

I work nights so I want a hamburger and fries at 6 in the morning I can come here to get it. The other restaurants are serving breakfast only but at whataburger i have no problem getting what i want.

Food is always fresh and correct, I have to take off some stars because i swear i have never seen a single worker wear gloves and it takes 30 minutes minimum to get one meal.

I have ordered from this location a few times. To which every time my order has been wrong. Great staff just cant seem to get on the ball

Only reason I give a star because of the kind lady that took our order outside(and I have to). We had a burger that had a hair in it and also if the dining area is closed due to concerns of the virus why let the people handing out our food and drinks at the window handle money which caries all kind of germs without sanitizing before continuing to touch food. Also be kind to your customers whenever they call for concerns obviously someones hair net was not applied correctly because we did have a hair in our food I wouldn't call and lie about that couldn't get a refund anyway we were back on the turnpike already.

Anytime you go here i hope you have a good half hour to waste before getting your meal. The drive thru is horrendously slow. The accuracy of your order is always wrong. There online ordering is a joke. I put in a order and they gave me a time for it to be done and i still had to wait.

Love the staff always so friendly and willing to customize your order! Food is delicious plenty of seating! Drive thru as well!!
